Who processes your data

The controller is Snáz s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 24924661, No. 263, 739 51 Nošovice, Czech Republic, which runs WebSmoothly. Contact: hello@websmoothly.com.

What data we process

  • The email address you sign in with.
  • When you order: name, billing address, company ID and phone.
  • Content you send us for your website: texts, photos, links and change requests.
  • Messages your website's visitors send through its forms.
  • Sign-in data (IP address and browser) and error logs.

ChatGPT and Claude

When you connect WebSmoothly to ChatGPT or Claude, we only receive what the app sends when it uses WebSmoothly: details for a new website, the description of a change, and your account email. We never see or store the whole conversation. You can disconnect at any time in the app's settings.

Why we use it

To build, edit and run your website, for billing, support, and to protect the service from abuse. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest for abuse protection. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the service: Cloudflare (website hosting and email sending), Hetzner (server), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenRouter (the AI that builds and edits websites), Apify (reading public profiles from links you send us), Mailgun (email), Sentry (error logs), Google (backups), Telegram (internal notifications) and Infomaniak (domain registration).

Some of them are based outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the service. On request we delete your account and website; they disappear from backups within 90 days. Invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority (ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz). Just email hello@websmoothly.com.
