How long does it take to get my website?
You'll have a preview in about 10 minutes. Once you're happy and pay, it goes live on your domain within a couple of hours.
What if I don't like it?
The preview is free. We'll keep adjusting it until you're happy — you only pay when you're ready to go live.
Are there any other costs?
No. $59/year covers everything — your .com domain, hosting, and 30 edits a year. Need more? Another 30 edits cost $9.99. No monthly subscription, and the price stays $59 when you renew.
How do I ask for a change?
Log in to the WebSmoothly portal, or open WebSmoothly in ChatGPT or Claude, and describe what you'd like in plain English. You see the change in a preview first, then publish it. Stuck? Email hello@websmoothly.com.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. Keep it where it is and change two settings there, which we show you step by step; your email on it keeps working. With your own domain it's $44 a year instead of $59.
What if I want to move to another provider?
No problem. Your .com domain is registered in your name, and we'll send you the full source code of your website.
Can I take bookings, reservations, or add a form?
Yes. If you already use a booking service, we'll link it right on your site. And we can embed a form for contact, enquiries, orders — whatever you need.
